The Service
GPS Cam Stamp provides a free, browser-based tool to add GPS location stamps to photographs. The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind.
Permitted Use
You may use GPS Cam Stamp for any lawful personal, professional or commercial purpose including site documentation, real estate photography, delivery proof, travel photography and field reporting.
Prohibited Use
- Using the tool to create fraudulent or misleading photo evidence
- Misrepresenting GPS-stamped photos as official government records
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
Accuracy Disclaimer
GPS accuracy depends on your device hardware, software and environment. GPS Cam Stamp provides location data as received from your device's Geolocation API. We make no guarantee of the accuracy of coordinates, altitude or address information. Do not rely on this tool as the sole method of location verification for safety-critical applications.
Limitation of Liability
GPS Cam Stamp and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on GPS-stamped photos in legal proceedings or insurance claims.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
